For years I worked in public policy in Washington, D.C. In that capacity, I appeared on several national TV shows, including The O’Reilly Factor, PBS’ Debates Debates, Religion & Ethics Newsweekly and The Crier Report. I have spoken on college campuses across the country including Dartmouth College and Baylor University, at various conferences, and before state and national legislatures. My articles have appeared in major newspapers.

Now I am a stay-at-home mom with two daughters, a husband, and a cat. I love to cook, bake, hike, snowshoe, and enjoy the flora and fauna of the great Sierra mountains.
